Terms of Payment:
Reservation fee - 1500 EUR ( valid for 30 days – non-refundable).
- 1st installment - 50 % of the sales price – at signing the preliminary contract;
- 2nd installment - 20% of the sales price –not later than one month after signing the preliminary contract;
- 3rd installment - 20 % of the sales price – three months after the second installment - when the building is completely ready;
- Last installment - 10 % of the sales price – when the apartment is transferred to the buyer.
