GORGEOUS HOUSE WITH MAGICAL VIEWS TOWARDS THE FOREST AND SEA

The beautiful resort of Albena is situated in North-eastern part of Bulgaria, and is a part of Dobrich Municipality. It is within easy reach to the sea, and the beautiful sea shore is stretching along in front of your eyes just by looking out of the bedroom window. The area is well known as the most attractive resort, because of it’s tranquil surroundings and environmentally clean air and it’s the perfect place to escape from the city noise. The house is built on a hill facing down the beautiful seaside shore and the other houses in the area.

The House is a newly built construction and is fully finished. The structure consists of three storey that is spread on the total of 270sq.m. The ground floor of the villa is all stone-covered, which gives the house a traditional image and brings up the bulgarian spirit. On the ground floor there is a kitchen with large dinning room, which is constructed as a traditional “mehana” and a big bathroom with W.C; there also is a spacious terrace that reveals the most magical view. First floor has two bedrooms, kitchen and living room, bedroom with W.C and a spacious BBQ area on the balcony. The second floor has three bedrooms and two bathrooms with W.C. Each bedroom has a balcony and all the communication networks (telephone and internet), cable TV, central heating and security service (SOT). The beautiful scenery of both sides of the house is pictured by the endless sea shore and the magical power of the forest.

The villa zone is 1.5km away from Albena Resort and 800 m from the sea. In the zone there are few minimarkets and a traditional bulgarian restaurant just 60 meters away from the house. There is a parking lot for a car in front of the villa’s gate. The house is surrounded by a massive wooden fence.
