All units will have underground parking, private sauna and plunge pool facilities managed by the developer and included in the management fee. Also there will be ski storage and personal storage areas available.
The apartments will meet the new EU standards completed to a standard of plaster finishing with two coats emulsion on the walls, noise and thermal insulation, triple glazed windows, tiled bathrooms with fitted units, kitchens will have tiled floors and tiled splash back areas on walls, options for fireplace. There will be three packs available for finishing of the apartments to different levels of quality; the packs include kitchen, lounge, dining room areas, and bedroom packages.
Each apartment will come with a high speed internet access which will be connected directly to the online web interface of the development, where the client can order food via the restaurants or local supermarkets, book ski lessons, excursions, room service. The web interface will also be accessible from the clients home to allow pre booking of favourite food and drinks, maid service, cleaning of the apartment prior to arrival and many other services.
