BOZHURA COMPLEX - new houses in the beautiful village of ZHERAVNA

Bozhura Resort Complex is located in the world-famous Zheravna, a village with over 400 years of history and an icon of the Bulgarian National Revival. Zheravna is a tourist destination visited by more than 20 000 tourists every year. The village is attractive with its monuments of culture, museums, ancient church, picture gallery, its beautiful surroundings and numerous eco-paths.

The resort complex consists of 4 fully self-contained houses located in the quietest and most picturesque part of the village. Each house is unique – with its own design and built in old Bulgarian-Revival architecture style. There is a magnificent panoramic view. The complex is 50 m away from the house-museum of the great Bulgarian writer Yordan Yovkov.

Each house has two floors with a living room, a tavern-type dining place, a kitchen box, a sauna room with separate exit to the courtyard, a wine-cellar, 3 or 4 bedrooms, and a separate courtyard with garden and place for barbecue. There are bathrooms /WC on every floor and next to some of the bedrooms. In each house, there are several fireplaces, large terraces (verandas), which are typical for the area, with places for plank-beds and tables. Two of the houses have the typical for Zheravna external staircase. The larger houses have separate garages for limousines and jeeps, and the other two houses have covered parking places. The complex is fenced as each house has own separate entrance.

Technical specifications
For constructing the complex, modern technologies only were used in combination with natural materials - stone walls and fireplaces, wooden ceilings and terraces, entirely hand-made by skilful wood-carvers. The roofs are covered with typical for the area Turkish tiles. The houses will have hydro and thermo- insulation and central heating system.

Finishing works
Flooring - solid wooden trimmer joists for terraces; high quality and super luxury laminate and granitogres in bedrooms, living rooms and kitchens; and luxury Italian faience and terracotta in bathrooms /WC
woodwork - Golden Oak and MDF doors
All terraces and external staircases - constructed entirely according to the model, typical for Zheravna region - made with oak, obtained locally and fretted according to the local Zheravna tradition.
